2018
Bonadonna Tennis Academy began its journey at Ohio Dominican University, starting with just three students in its inaugural program.
As the academy grew in popularity and success, it eventually relocated to accommodate its expanding programs and to provide better facilities and training opportunities for its athletes.
2019
Bonadonna Tennis Academy experienced a significant surge in enrollment as its successful track record and growing popularity attracted more students.
The academy’s commitment to excellence in coaching, personalized training programs, and the achievements of its players in various tournaments contributed to this rapid growth. Word-of-mouth recommendations and positive testimonials from satisfied students and parents further boosted its reputation.
2020
NewGen Tennis Academy was founded by Tito Bonadonna and Balasz Novak. This new venture combined Tito’s successful track record with Balasz’s coaching expertise, aiming to create a high-performance training environment for young tennis players.
Their goal was to provide comprehensive preparation and instruction, tailored to the needs of aspiring athletes seeking to elevate their game to the next level. NewGen Tennis Academy quickly became known for its rigorous training programs, skilled coaching staff, and dedication to developing the potential of each player, continuing the legacy of excellence that both founders had established in their careers.
2021
NewGen Tennis Academy experienced rapid growth, quickly becoming the fastest-growing tennis academy in Ohio.
The academy’s innovative training methods and successful track record attracted numerous young athletes. Thanks to Individualized training programs, and the impressive achievements of its students in various tournaments it boosted its reputation even more.
As NewGen expanded to accommodate the increasing demand, it solidified its status as a premier destination for high-performance tennis training.
2022
NewGen Tennis Academy’s popularity led to such significant growth that it could no longer accommodate all its students. This prompted the decision to build its own dedicated facility. The new facility aimed to provide the necessary space and resources to support the academy’s expanding programs and to continue offering top-tier training to young tennis players.
2023
In 2023, NewGen Tennis Academy made a pivotal move by purchasing land in Lewis Center for the development of its new facility.
The acquisition, completed on March 23, 2023, represented a major milestone in the academy’s expansion and long-term vision. This new facility was envisioned to provide state-of-the-art resources and ample space to support the academy’s growing roster of students and diverse training programs.
During the planning and construction phases, NewGen continued to operate from multiple locations, ensuring that their high standards of training and comprehensive programs remained uninterrupted.
2024
NewGen Tennis Academy realized its vision by expanding into a full-fledged racquet club. This new facility boasts five tennis courts and eight pickleball courts, marking a significant achievement in the academy’s journey.
With this expansion, NewGen not only accommodates a growing membership but also enhances its ability to provide high-quality training and facilities for its members and students alike.
The transition to a racquet club underscores NewGen’s commitment to offering comprehensive sports amenities while continuing to uphold its reputation as a premier destination for aspiring athletes in Ohio.
