Construction Update:

Earthwork & clearing done. Sitework complete. Underground utilities such as clean water, sewer, storm water structures, and electric conduits, all complete. Foundations for the Clubhouse and Tennis courts are all done. Concrete grade-beam for Tennis’ dome is complete as well. Tennis courts surfacing, painting, and fencing will be done in November fully ready for outdoor play next Spring!
